Trailblazer Lydia Bennett is the owner and president of Commercial Real Estate West Coast in Bellingham, where she offers brokerage, analysis, and consulting services to a diverse client base including developers, tribal nations, port authorities, and national retailers. She’s also an internationally recognized instructor with the CCIM Institute, teaching commercial real estate finance across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, and serving on both their Board of Directors and Executive Board. She is also the mother of 4 beautiful kids and she and her husband are continually supporting the community.

With decades of impact and a long list of accolades—including “Seattle Power Women,” “Woman of Influence,” and “2025 CCIM Instructor of the Year” for all CCIM courses—Lydia brings the best of business, mentorship, and community to the Birch Golf Classic.
